Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of hemp-derived products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. Refunds are not issued for personal preference, potency expectations, or effects.

If an incorrect or damaged item is received, customers must contact Voluntary Exchange LLC within 72 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

Orders seized, rejected, or restricted due to local laws are not eligible for refund.
