Orders are processed within 1–3 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

Voluntary Exchange LLC ships hemp-derived products only to jurisdictions where such products are permitted. Orders may be canceled or modified if shipping restrictions apply.

Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Voluntary Exchange LLC is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply to returned or undeliverable packages.
